InBody India Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality products and customer support. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed.
Customers may request a replacement or refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

If the product is found to be in proper working condition after inspection, it may be returned to the customer, and the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

Manufacturing defects identified after the 14-day return window will be handled under the applicable InBody India Warranty Policy. Warranty claims must follow the official InBody India service process and may require inspection at an authorised service centre.
To initiate a return request, follow these steps:
InBody India will arrange reverse pickup for approved return or replacement requests. If reverse pickup service is unavailable at the customer's location, the customer may be required to ship the product to the designated service address.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking and payment providers.
InBody India reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy or applicable Indian laws.
