All three hold you at the hands and feet and measure the same way. They differ in who uses them, how they sync and how much they show.

- Shown when the scale recognises you, or when you start the test from the app.
- Every Dial measures arms, trunk and legs separately. H30 and H40 turn that into balance ratings. None lists kilos for each arm or leg.
The short version. Training, and want leg muscle level? H40. A family, or results without your phone? H30. Just you? H20.
What a foot-only scale can’t see.
Foot-only scales measure your legs and guess the rest. Their current runs from one foot to the other. Dial holds you at the hands and the feet.
- Arms, trunk and legs, one by one. Each is measured at 2 or 3 frequencies, so your upper body isn’t a guess.
- Your birthday won’t move the number. Dial H40 makes no correction for age or sex, so a change means your body changed.
- Thumb-grip electrodes. Each thumb gets its own plate, which InBody says makes repeat tests more consistent.
- Made by the maker of the InBody at your gym or clinic. 3,000+ InBody analysers across India; exports to 120+ countries.

Questions before you choose
Which InBody Dial should I buy?
Choose InBody Dial H40 if you train: it adds leg muscle level and three balance ratings. Choose Dial H30 for a family: it recognises up to 20 people and syncs over home Wi-Fi. Choose Dial H20 if it is just for you: it shows weight, muscle, body fat and visceral fat level and syncs over Bluetooth.
Does any Dial show my left arm or right leg in kilograms?
No. Every InBody Dial measures each arm, each leg and the trunk, and uses those readings to work out your whole-body results (how Dial measures). The H30 rates your upper-against-lower balance; the H40 adds upper-body and lower-body balance and a leg muscle level. None of them lists a weight for each limb.
Can the whole family share one Dial?
Yes. Dial H30 and Dial H40 hold up to 20 people. They match your weight first, then your body’s own impedance, and file the result under your name. If two people are very close in both, check the name on the screen before the test starts. On the H20, each person sets their height on the dial before testing.
Do I need my phone next to the scale?
Only with Dial H20, which sends results over Bluetooth. Dial H30 and H40 sync over home Wi-Fi (the InBody app). If Wi-Fi drops, they keep up to 15 results per person and send them all when it comes back.
Which phones work?
Every InBody Dial works with the InBody app on iOS 15 or later, or Android 8 or later.
Can I use Dial if I have a pacemaker?
No. Don’t use any InBody Dial if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted medical device, or wear a patient-monitoring device.
EMI, UPI, cash on delivery?
Every InBody Dial can be paid by UPI, card or net banking, with no-cost EMI over 12 months; the monthly amount is on each product page. Cash on delivery isn’t available. Delivery is free across India, and every Dial has a 1-year warranty.
