Delivery times

Every Dial ships with free, tracked delivery across India. We send you the courier tracking link as soon as your order ships. How long delivery takes depends on your location and our logistics partners, and remote areas can take longer.

We deliver to addresses in India. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check delivery to your area.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order. Prices are in Indian rupees, and applicable GST is charged where required.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send you a tracking link. You can also check the status on our order tracking page with your order number.

If your tracking has stopped updating, message WhatsApp support with your order number.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the delivery address. Responsibility for the product passes to you once it has been delivered and acknowledged at that address.

If the box arrives damaged

Dials travel in protective packaging, but transit damage can happen. If the outer box looks crushed, torn or wet:

1. Photograph the box from every side before you open it, with the shipping label visible.
2. If the courier offers open-box delivery, open it in front of them and check the scale before you accept it.
3. Otherwise, record a continuous video as you unbox. Show the scale, the handle and every accessory.
4. Keep all the packaging. We need it for a pickup.
5. Send the photos or video to salesupportindia@inbody.com or WhatsApp support as soon as you can, and within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, faulty, wrong or incomplete deliveries are replaced free under our Returns & replacement policy. It also lists what counts as proof.

Payment

Pay with UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking or wallets. No-cost EMI is also available.

We do not offer cash on delivery. Every order is paid online before it ships.

Changes and cancellation

Need to change the delivery address? Contact us before your order ships. You can cancel an order before it ships. After that, our Returns & replacement policy applies. See also our Terms of service.
